Steps for Completing the New Tenant Inspection Form 

1. Complete the form and pay fee of $75 to the Village of Royal Palm Beach Building Department.

3. The Fire Department conducts and signs off on an inspection. For additional information, please contact (561) 233-0050.
4. Submit form with complete packet to the Village of Royal Palm Beach Business Tax Receipts Department.
