Mission Statement
The mission of the Human Resource Department is to serve as the link between prospective employees and the Village in an attempt to recruit and hire the most qualified individuals, without regard to race, color, age, sex, or qualifying disability, religion, national origin, ancestry, medical conditions, genetics, marital or veteran's status, familial status, sexual orientation, or any other form of unlawful discrimination of any kind for any position vacancy within the Village of Royal Palm Beach.
The Department also acts as a liaison between the Village and the employee to inform, motivate, educate, and train in all matters relating to employment and employee benefits.
We strive to enthusiastically and professionally project a positive image of the Village, thereby creating a desire to become and remain an integral part of the Village of Royal Palm Beach.
