Online Application Process

The Planning and Zoning Department application submittal and plan review process is fully completed online. The electronic-based e-Plan Review system, ProjextDox, is where you will apply, submit plans, ask questions, and review where your application is in the review process.

Please review Video, Applicant User Guide, and Planning & Zoning Document Naming Standards documents below  prior to clinking on "APPLY NOW".  Please note that missing or improperly named files may delay the Application approval process.
