[RFP] - PROFESSIONAL GOLF SERVICES

REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL

Sealed proposals will be received by the Village of Royal Palm Beach, Florida at the Village Clerk, located at 1050 Royal Palm Beach Blvd., Royal Palm Beach, Florida 33411 for Golf Professional Services until 3:00 PM, Wednesday, September 14, 2022 then opened publicly at that time.

PROJECT: PROFESSIONAL GOLF SERVICES.

To provide a comprehensive year round golf instruction program to be conducted at Commons Park Golf Training Center
The proposal documents will be open to inspection at the Clerk’s office. Proposal documents may be obtained from the Village Hall.

A Mandatory Pre-Proposal Conference with Site Inspection immediately following; to be held on Tuesday, September 6, 2022 at 2:00PM, in the Sporting Center located in Royal Palm Beach Commons Park, 11600 Poinciana Blvd., Royal Palm Beach, FL 33411.

Contract documents may also be delivered electronically via email at no cost by completing a BID PACKAGE REQUEST FORM

In accordance with F.S. 287.133(2)(a), persons and affiliates who have been placed on the convicted GOLF PROFESSIONAL list may not submit proposals, contract with, or perform work (as a contractor, supplier, subcontractor or consultant) with any public entity (i.e. Village of Royal Palm Beach) in excess of Ten Thousand Dollars (or such other amount as may be hereafter established by the Florida Division of Purchasing in accordance with F.S. 287.017) for a period of 36 months from the date of being placed on the convicted GOLF PROFESSIONAL list.

The OWNER reserves the right to reject any or all Proposals, to waive informalities, and to re-advertise.
